Order Status
We will dispatch your package as soon as possible once we receive your order. You will receive a notification when your order is completed and in transit, along with a tracking number if your selected shipping method requires one. You can check the status of your order at any time:
- Processing
- Production
- In transit/Completed
Production
All our products are custom-made for you on demand. For this reason, all orders have a preparation time of 1 to 5 business days, in addition to the selected shipping method. The preparation time depends on the order size and workflow.
Shipping
We are located in Mexico and provide worldwide shipping with four options:
- FREE SHIPPING – No tracking – ETA: 25 to 40 business days. (This is regular international mail. It is handled by the Mexican postal service during internal transit, but once it leaves Mexico, the package will be handled by your country’s postal service). *Not recommended during holidays or if you are in a hurry.
- REGULAR – ETA: 17 to 25 business days. (This is regular international mail. It is handled by the Mexican postal service during internal transit, but once it leaves Mexico, the package will be handled by your country’s postal service). *Not recommended during holidays or if you are in a hurry.
- ADVANCED – ETA: 10 to 15 business days. (EMS international postal Express Mail Service).
- PRO – ETA: 1 to 5 business days. (FEDEX and DHL couriers, the fastest option).
Please note that all shipping options require a signature upon delivery.
Not all shipping options are available in all countries. These estimated delivery times can vary. Sometimes orders may arrive more quickly than estimated, but occasionally, packages may take longer than expected due to different processes in your postal or customs office. If you encounter any issues with a package, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it on our end.
