Your order has been dispatched. Tracking information (if applicable) has been sent to your email.

Production Time

All products are custom-made on demand.

Preparation time: 1–5 business days

This timeframe depends on:

  • Order size
  • Current workflow
  • Custom specifications (if any)

Production time is separate from shipping time.

International Shipping (Outside the US)

We are based in Mexico and ship worldwide.

REGULAR MAIL

ETA: 17–25 business days

  • Standard international postal service
  • Handled by Correos de México inside Mexico
  • Delivered by your local postal service once it arrives in your country
  • Not recommended during peak seasons or if you need fast delivery

EMS (Express Mail Service)

ETA: 10–15 business days

  • Priority international postal service
  • Faster processing and delivery
  • Tracking included

Customs & Import Fees

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.

  • These fees are determined by your local government.
  • They are not included in our prices.
  • We cannot calculate or guarantee customs charges.
  • We always declare reasonable values to help minimize potential fees when possible.

United States Shipping

Due to current tariff regulations and postal limitations, direct postal shipping from Mexico to the US is temporarily unavailable.

To ensure reliable delivery, we partnered with miniboxgaming.com, our US distribution partner.

How it works:

  1. Order placed
  2. Production (1–5 business days)
  3. Order consolidation in Mexico
  4. Bulk shipment to our US hub (South Carolina)
  5. Individual processing
  6. USPS domestic shipping to your address

US Shipping Timeline

Consolidation Handling: 5–15 days
US Domestic Shipping (USPS): 1–5 business days (Pretty fast)

Estimated total delivery time: ~20 business days

This method allows us to:

  • Maintain stable shipping times
  • Avoid tariff complications
  • Provide domestic USPS delivery within the US

Tracking is provided once your order is processed at the US hub.
